Can I get a refund is my print is damaged?
At Hikari Prints, every product we created will not be generic. The dimensions may vary slightly due to the nature of additive manufacturing. That being said, we provide the following options for any product that is found to be damaged upon delivery:
1. Replace the damaged product at no cost
2. Refund you at 100% of the purchase price
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
Yes, but you will not be refunded.
